Hi,

I installed a component on a software and my whole website went down, even the main url. before i work on it, i'd like to know if it's coming from my software (in which case it's not ur problem :) or if something went wrong on the hosting server side

Please tell me that u guys have a backup that's from last cut of day time.... my backups are several months old...

Kindly

There was some problem with your .htaccess file. It seems that it broke while creating (many lines were uncommented, and that was stopping it). Site is opening now
I have commented out lines that looked like it shouldn't be there, but I would suggest you to check it. The best solution would be if you have .htaccess

Or, we can restore your account from backup, nd you can install Joomla again.

We have this backups available (for account reggae):

Oct 23 01:49 reggae.tar.gz
(that is most recent backup).

Can you verify the last 4 digits of your credit card? This is to verify you are the account holder.

If you pay with paypal, please provide your paypal email address, date of last payment, and the amount you paid.

here is the error log, will help you with debugging:

Can you check paths? I mean unless actual core engine files were patched or altered which I suppose they weren't, you can either check paths and config in that component or remove it.

We can always restore your website from backup, but I think this won't be necessary.

Where can we fetch the component's configuration parameters? Are they in backend or written to some file?

Best regards,
