my websites and cpanel are down

Hi,
1. I cant access my cpanel
2. my websites are down. www.bookhostelbook.com and www.reggaeguesthouse.com
,rootsreggaeclub.com appears to be working properly. I havn't made any
significant modification recently
Error message is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

but sites are still down with the messge:
Forbidden

both subfolders had 750 permissions, whereas they should have 755, I have repaired those and made sure sites open.

Hi,
A couple of days ago my site went off ("forbidden") for no appearant reason,
and you guys put it back on, thanks.
But I sent since then a couple of emails that have not been answered. I have
no problem waiting because I unederstand that my case is not urgent anymore,
but I have been waiting for a reply for 3 days now because some things have
changed on my website settings about php (my newsfeed dont appear anymore if
the page is called .htm)
and also I asked, if u got 2mn, to tell me what happened, why did my sites
just went "forbidden".
