when i try to reach https://216.222.52.223:2653/vz/cp and https://216.222.52.223:2653/vz/cp I get the following error message:

"Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to 216.222.52.223:2653.
You have received an invalid certificate. Please contact the server administrator or email correspondent and give them the following information:
Your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate containing a unique serial number.
(Error code: sec_error_reused_issuer_and_serial)
The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified."

I'm using a new internet provider, can that be some of the problem?

This is because the SSL is a self signed cert on the root node of the VPS. You can get past this by simply selecting the add exception option on the screen. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

yes, and sorry to bother you with something that simple

but in this case there is no "add certificate" option on the screen...
I tried to solve the problem from my browser but couldnt'

I keep on looking around but please let me know if you ever heard of the problem

You will want to delete the current SSl Certs assigned to your browser, once you hav done this you will want to clear your browser cache and try accessing your VZCP again. The "execption" option should be present. Please let us know if there is anything else we can asssit you with.
