Account Quota and How to Check Usage

I'm sending you this email because I'm not sure how to check my global account usage apart from opening each and every site and adding, hoping that there's nothing else than each individual site...
Could you tell me what is my account usage now please?

You can check it in WHM - Account List.
There will be table called "Disk usage"
