I need to enable curl on hte server but don't know how to do it

sorry to insist, but i got answer from developer but i don't know where to check that:
"Well I think that perhaps Curl is not installed or is not being picked up correctly. Please check your system info and see if something like this is shown in the list under PHP Information.
