Design and Creation of a website:

We have several packages to suit the use you want you make of your website.

1. Basic HTML structure website with presentation galleries; websites that don't need much interactivity and are seldom updated:

Interactive Content Webistes which allows users to easily update it themselves and with all basic functions such as user registration, login to update website information, regular and fresh designs, functions such as: "users online, last posted articles, most popular articles, self user registration, opinion polls, number of hits...", secured login with security image, possibility for users to upload files...

3. Websites requiring automated engines such as real estate websites, online commerce websites, event calendars, or advanced functions such as management of profiles, media streaming, automatic content creation... Such websites include all functionalities already discribed in the "Interactive Content Websites" above.

4. Advanded Designs in websites:
   We propose additional flash animations, partial or full website flash support to enhance customer's experience.
   Additional flash design costs from:

• Starting 2,500 Baht for a small standard banner
• Starting 4,000 Baht for a wide banner
• Starting 8,000 Baht for an advanced flash menu or screen-wide animation
• Starting 15,000 for full flash website support (additional to basic website construction cost if necessary)
  

Hosting of a website:

Roots hosting proposes only one hosting package that comes with full management of the hosting settings and mailing functions, but also free minor script upgrades:

Yearly service fee: 5,000 Baht plus 5,000 Baht per Gigabites

(Exemple: 1 GB for 1 year will cost 10,000 Baht, 2 GB will cost 15,000 Baht and so on).

Special offer for html websites: websites designed purely in html or flash and don't use database can be hosted for 5000 Baht per year for 500Mb of Space (2Gb including backups). This offer is subject to approval on case by case basis.

Webmaster Services: full management of a website

Price varies depending on the frequency and the complexity of the intervensions on the website.

For an average usage requiring a small intervension (such as posting an article with pictures) a week and a larger intervension (such as maintenance scrip upgrade) every couple of month, the cost would be 10,000 Bahtevery 6 months (20,000 Baht per year)

Based on this average usage, website maintenance could cost more or less the the above quotation.

For Customers not willing to subscribe to website management options we still can intervene on the website for certain necessary tasks such as script upgrades, debugging, backup or restore of website, hacking protection or corrupt script restore.

For such interventions we usually charge 500 Baht per hour for maintenance work and 1,000 Baht per hour for scripting.

Script upgrades such as CMS or Shopping cart necessary updates cost

from 1,500 to 5,000 Baht for minor upgrades (depending on the size and complexity of the website / usually 2 to 3 times a year to keep the website well updated) from 5,000 to 10,000 Baht or more for major upgrades (depending on the size and complexity of the website / usually once every 18 months to keep the website well updated)

Startup / promotion of a website

Price varies depending on the requirements of the webstie owner.

When making a website we register it for free on major search engines and link it up the minimum required so that it will be picked up by googlebot.

In addtion to this service we can install a link exchange program and launch it. This costs 10,000 Baht.

We also can perform more advanced promotion campains with mailings, mailing database creation, advanced linking campains... and these must be quoted on a case per case basis.

ALL PRICES ABOVE ARE INDICATIVE AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON DISCUSSION AND EVALUATION OF THE WEBSITE OWNER'S REQUIREMENTS.

Payments:

Depending on the country fees can be paid through Secured Credit Card payement with Paypal.com, via ATM or Cash.

We request 35% deposit at the beginning of the project 35% upon the website delivery and the remaining 30% no more than 30 days after the delivery.

Hosting and domain registration must be paid at the start.
